Locks of Love

Okay, this is one you are going to have to see to believe!
You only have to cut off 10 inches. We cut 12!

OMG! I can't believe you cut Kellsie's hair that sort! It looks so cute! You didn't even tell any one! Man you are good at secrets!:O

Wow! Did she know she was giving it to locks of love? She looks quite a bit younger with that short hair. Wow again!

Yeah, she knew we were giving it to a little girl who didn't have any hair because she was sick. She wanted to know if the little girl lived here in our town, and I told her it could be a sick little girl anywhere in the world. We've been talking about doing it for a while, but since she started school, and we have to do her hair nicely everyday, she's decided that this was indeed the moment! Her hair grows so fast that if she wants it long again she could grow it back to the same length it was by the end of the school year!

good for you guys. I once had the same ambition for myself, but I chopped it off before it got long enough.

Crazy! I can hardly think about Kelsie without her long flowing hair! Was she sad? I mean, obviously it was exciting, but any post traumatic stress? That's a big change! That is so neat to do that for locks of love, I'm sure that hair that pretty is hard to come by! I want to see the final product, though. More pics please! And by the way... way to hit the ground running with the blogging! We had ours for months before I did anything with it. It's so fun, huh? (And also very frustrating because blogger isn't exactly as user friendly as it seems like it could be with the pictures and all, huh?)
