To My Husband on Father's Day

I'm sometimes hesitant to post things about my husband, because it seems just a little too mushy, but it's Father's day, and there are a few things I've got to let him know.

James, these are the top ten reasons that you are the perfect Dad for our children.

1. You love them completely.
2. You have the energy and enthusiasm to get down and play with them.
3. You keep a cool head in tough or scary situations.
4. You keep track of bedtime.
5. You introduced Griffin to Lego's.
6. You want to give them more than you had- emotionally and financially.
7. You are great at fixing things.
8. You keep track of what's going on in the world so that you can be a good citizen and an educated voter.
9. You make great breakfasts!
10. You enjoy all of their different stages.
11. You set an example of service.
12. You bear your testimony.
13. You stay involved in what Kelsie is doing at school.
14. You go with Griffin to speech class.
15. You are the best at putting Lauren to sleep!
16. You're so capable in health/medical situations.
17. You are always willing to get involved and help out.
18. When you talk about what your family means to you, you tear up.
19. You love and respect me.
