That's right, we're talking about memories!
I wasn't going to play this 'game' but reading the responses on so many other blogs just made it seem worth it! Don't feel any pressure- the memory doesn't have to be meaningful- just the first thing that comes to your mind!
Here's how it works:
1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you know me a little or a lot, anything you remember!
2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. If you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog, I'll leave my memory of you in my comments.

Ok, so the very best time I ever had in Washington was when we shared the duplex. I really wish we could have been able to make a doorway through our adjoning wall. I loved visiting you at your mom's house. Oh, and the dinners we had together almost everyday. I learned some great recipes from you, like chicken pot pie and lemon bars!
i always thought you were way more mature than some of us in Shawnee Ward. I think you were at school the first year I was there. We never really got to know each other in singles ward.
I remember running into James at the court house. You guys had just had Kelsie and he showed me pictures of her. He worked for the same company I did, before I worked there...A & A attorney Services.
I remember that encounter at Walmart. You were still pregnant, and cute...I am not so cute pregnant. We chatted for quite a while.
I remember going to my neice's birthday party and seeing you there with two munchkins.
I haven't known you very long... but here goes. When you first moved here, I was a teeny-tiny (very, very small) bit upset that there was another Tara... I just wasn't used to EVER sharing my name. I very quickly got over it and am so grateful to have such a sweet person to share a name with! I've really enjoyed getting to know you and your wonderful family.
Bicycle Built for two!!!
It is how it all began!!!!! I am so glad it did!
Well.. I think I remember that we were pregnant at the same time... and we, if I recall correctly, actually had one of our first REAL conversations at Dr. Madsen's office waiting to get our babies shots! Those are never really fun days are they???
I think what remember most about you is...well...okay, so my memory really stinks. I was trying to figure out the details of my memory, but it just hurts my brain too much right now:) I just remember you being a very spiritual example to me and I really looked to that example in my days of youth (singles ward days). Actually, do you think you could come over? I really need more good spiritual people around me. :)
p.s. is there a chance you could get me Jeff's email address???
Hope you have a wonderful weekend!
love,
DeAnne
I remember when I was helping you guys move out of your Cheney apt and we were talking about boys (of course) and you figured out that I had my first kiss!! You sure do know me well... and then I remember when I stopped at your house on my way home from college and I had you convinced that I thought tev was disgusting! haha But mostly when i think of my sister Tara I think of someone that I could have endless conversations with! Love ya!
I too remember the countless "shows" (if you could call them that!)! Do you remember the one we did at the family reunion? I can't remember the specifics but I remember we spent a lot of time on that one...I wonder if anyone got that on tape. Part of me hopes yes and part of me hopes no! You were always the cousin I was closest too. I think I thought I was cool cuz you were a little older than me!
My first memory... When I found out I would be living with you and D'Lonna, the summer before we lived together. I didn't know you guys too well, but we considered you guys the "fun apartment," so I was so excited! I loved that you were always the peacemaker in our apartment... a calming influence.
Love you!
Whenever I think of you, I always think how wise you always were. You are one of those lucky people who actually thinks about what you say before you say it, unlike me, who talks my way into a mess. Everytime I do that, I always think, "I wish I were more like Tara." Even now! Someday when I grow up, maybe I'll develop that character trait a little better!
Hi Tara! I found you in a fluke!
My first memory of you was at Girls Camp years and years ago. You invited me into your circle of friends and we hung out. Seems like I have known you forever since then! You've always been such a sweetheart and fun to talk to! Love Ya!
PS- I am trying to get a hold of Jeff and Megan to-

Tara,
I have countless memories with you - many of which I really cherish. Let's see if you remember this: We used to walk from the church (after seminary)to school practing our lines for the one-act play we were in called So Nice Not To See You. I'll never forget that play. The beginning of our great high school careers :) Here are some of my other favorites:
Running through the alfalfa fields, going on long nature hikes and gathering flowers to press, french class with Mdm. McGoran, the other PLAYS, laying on the grass up on the hill by my house and wondering what the future held, car rides - you always drove because I didn't have my license (do you remember when you hit that porqupine?), going sledding up on Mt. Spokane (really it turned into a big snowball fight), and the countless talks we had. You are a great listener. By the way, when you came to Spokane last, I felt like I wanted to keep talking all night. We were just getting past formalities when it was time to go. Next time let's skip all that and just talk about the good stuff. I really value your friendship.
