Halloween started the day before with a trick or treat party at good 'ol GSK.

Griffin really loved being Superman, as my tipped over laundry can attest.

They really took home a huge haul!

Then Halloween day we picked up Kelsie from school and headed downtown for the parade. The kids actually are the parade, and they get to trick or treat at all the businesses on Main St. Lauren would not hold still for make up, and kept smearing it (she looked like 'IT' from Steven King!) so I ended up wiping as much of it off as I could in the parking lot. The eyebrows refused to give up!

Kelsie changed her tiger costume into a tiger-princess costume! She was so cute!

We took these pictures by the post office.

For Halloween day I darkened Griffin's hair with some mascara I decided I didn't like. We did his eyebrows too, and put a little curl in the middle of his forehead. He looked great!

That night, James took them to the church for trunk or treat, and around to a few houses in the neighborhood. Too much candy! I tried to give it to the trick or treaters, but we only had maybe ten. Great weather, great kids, great day!

Don't ya love how kids get into character when you put them in their costumes? You kids are so cute and it sounds like you had a lot of fun.

Those pics are so cute! I love their costumes!
Too cute! I love Griffin's superman hair and the princess tiger. She looks just like a little tiger princess in one of our books! Happy Harvest!
Great costumes Tara! You have impressive makeup skills! Even if you wipe it off :).
